Sigona golfer Mohit Mediratta took advantage of home ground to take the Safari Tour lead in round two on par 72 Sigona Golf club.
After finishing 5th on round one, Mediratta fired five under par 67 in the second round, adding on his -2 for a total of seven under 137 beating second placed Alfred Nandwa of Kenya Railways by four shots to three under par 141.
Tanzanian Tafara Mpofu and Simon Ngige tied in third on -1 as Dismas Indiza and Anthony Juma were tied 5th on level.
