Muguna leaves Azam for Police

Harambee Stars player Kenneth Muguna has joined Kenya Police fc ahead of 2023/2024 season.

Muguna, who was a free agent from Tanzanian side Azam FC signed a one-year contract with Police.

The law enforcers finished third last season, will rely extensively on Muguna’s expertise in the midfield as they eye their maiden topflight title since their promotion in 2020.

Muguna joins a talent-laden squad that boasts the most potent midfield dynamos in the country including Francis Kahata and Duke Abuya.

The law enforcers have gone on a shopping spree to embolden their ranks with resourceful Kariobangi Sharks midfielder Tyson ‘Duvh Duch’ Otieno among their key targets.

The club confirmed in a statement on Friday that they had managed to land Muguna’s signature for the coming season.

“There’s a new sheriff in town. Kenyan international Kenneth Muguna has officially penned down a contract with the biggest club in Africa after completing his medical,” the statement read.
