Former Africa Junior 800m silver medalist Jeremiah Mutai will be facing off with former world 800m junior champion Kumari Taki at the third and final meeting of Athletics Kenya national relays championships at Nyayo stadium.
Mutai will be seeking another 800m slot to represent the country after doing so in 2015 at the World Relays in 4x800m relays.
In the two lap race, World 800m bronze medallist Ferguson Rotich and Commonwealth Games 800m champion Wycliffe Kinyamal will also be in action according to the start list released by the federation.
In women, Winny Chebet will face Emily Cherotich and Josephine Chelangat in 1,500m.
