Muyuka to captain Kenya Lionesses as Mwanja names Rugby Africa squad

Kenya Lionesses, the Kenyan rugby women team head coach David Mwanja has named his final squad ahead of Rugby Africa Women tournament that kicks off next week in Kampla, Uganda.

Kenya will be facing off with hosts Uganda and Zambia in Pool B encounter where they will be captained by Peruz Muyuka.

The team is expected to leave for Kampala tomorrow withn the first match to be played on Saturday 29th October against Zambia before facing hosts Uganda on Wednesday 2 November.

The winner of this tournament will qualify for next year’s Rugby Africa Cup which serves as a qualifier for the inaugural World Women 15s WXV in 2023.
