Kenya Football Federation (FKF) National Super League (NSL) kicks off on 10th February and ends on 4th November according to the 2018 released by football federation.
The 20 team format will be joined by Muhoroni Youth and Western Stima that were relegated from the Kenya Premier League last season (KPL) while Vihiga United and Wazito fc promoted after winning and finishing second respectively.
Ushuru, which finished third on the NSL to play in the KPL after falling to Thika United in a 2-1 aggregate in the two play offs played at Thika Sports Club and narok Stadium respectively.
Kangemi All Stars, Green Commandos and Coast Stima gained promotion from the third tier Division One League.
Palos FC, who finished eighth in the 2017 season, had earlier communicated their withdrawal from the 2018 league. Their slot will consequently be filled by a team to be named in due course, after deliberations by the Leagues and Competitions Committee.
