Okumbi names final Emerging Stars squad for CECAFA tournament

Stanley Okumbi has named his final team ahead of CECAFA under 23 squad ahead of the tournament to be held in Ethiopia starting this weekend.

Emerging Stars, the national under 23 team will begin the tournament against Djibouti
