Over 400 basketball players are set to receive the COVID-19 vaccination at the Kasarani stadium.
The Kenya Basketball Federation (KBF) in partnership with the Ministry of Sports vaccinated players and officials who are based in Nairobi.
The exercise that began today at the same venue, will continue till Tuesday where 400 players will be vaccinated.
President Uhuru Kenyatta last month announced the suspension of Sports in a move he said was aimed at taming the rising Covid-19 cases.
