Champions Kenya Prisons, KCB and Kenya pipeline won their respective matches in today’s Kenya Volleyball Federation league played at the Kamiti Maximum prison.
The unbeaten prisons were too good for Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) after coming from a set down to win 3-1 in 16-25, 25-17, 25-21, 25-21 ahead of Sunday showdown against Kenya Defence Defence Forces (KDF).
Newbies Nairobi Prisons beat KDF in straight sets of 25-23, 25-18, 25-14 before losing to second-placed KCB Women in 3-0 (25-14, 25-11, 25-18) as former champions Kenya Pipeline beat KDF 3-0 (25-16, 25-12, 25-14).
