Kenyan athletes will be yearning to win the annual Rachuonyo 15km Road Race set for January 26th.
According to Athletics Kenya Nyanza North chairman Joseph Ochieng, the event was set for January 25th but moved to Sunday due to Sabbath rules.
“This region is a pro- Seventh Day Adventist hence our decision to push the race by a day,” said Ochieng.
The race will start at Kendu Bay Pier and finish at Kendu Bay Showground with top runners expected to compete.
