It was bad outing for Kenyan women as Ethiopian Rahma Tusa won the women’s race with a hat trick.
Birech clocked 2:08.03 beating Bahraini Abdi Ibrahim from Bahrain with with Paul Kangogo third.
Tusa won in 2:23.46 ahead Bahrain’s Dalila Gosa as kenyan Alice Kibor came in third.
