Newly promoted side Kenya Police have signed former AFC leopards’ striker Elvis Rupia.
The signing comes after Rupia terminated his contract with Saudi Arabia outfit Bisha FC and will be replacing John mark Makwata who moved to Leopards in the last minute deadline transfer.
Rupia joins Clifton Miheso, Clinton Kinanga and Cornelius Juma.
