Kariobangi Sharks had all the slum derby bragging rights following their victory against former champions Mathare United in today’s FKF premier league match played at the Kasarani stadium.
Shark won 2-1 against their slum fellows Mathare where Ugandan Peter Lwasa bagged a brace for shark. He opened the score in the 7th minute but Mathare cancelled out he score in the 19th minute and doubled the score in the 32nd minute before substitute Juma Khalid scored a consolation in the 85th minute.
The result saw Sharks move to third position on the log with 28 points as Mathare remain on the brink of relegation with just nine.
