Simbas shine over Leopards at Currie Cup

Homeside Kenya Simbas, the national rugby15s defeated the visiting Leopards in the Currie Cup yesterday in a match played at the RFUEA Nairobi.

The Paul Odera coached side were 25-14 winners agsinst the South African side as kenya celebrated their second win in the series

With seven tries and five conversions, kenya was on the rampage with tries from Darwin Mukidza, Derrick Ashiundu, Dominic Coulson, Vincent Onyala, Bildad Ogeta Eugene Sifuna and Thomas Okeyo against the Andre Pretorius coached side.

The Simbas will play their last Currie Cup match against the Elephants from South Africa on Saturday before returning to Rugby Africa qualifiers for the 2023 Rugby World Cup.
