Kenya Simbas will be hoping to redeem their image at the repechage to earn a slot at the Rugby World Cup following their loss to Zambia in yesterday’s Africa World Cup qualifiers in France.
The Paul Odera coached side lost 36-0 to Namibia in the Africa qualifier final, will now target repechage tournament in November where they face Portugal, Tonga or Hong Kong and Chile or USA where the winner will play in pool C at the World Cup.
This will be the second appearance at the repechage having played there in 2018 — where they lost all their three matches to Hong Kong , Germany, and eventual winners Canada in France.
Kenya had beaten Algeria in the semis and Uganda.
