Kenya Simbas have withdrawn from the last two final games of the ongoing Currie Cup over financial constraints.
Today, the Kenya Rugby Union chairman Sasha Mutai announced that the two matches against Valke and SWD Eagles at the RFUEA ground will not take place for lack of government and sponsors support.
“As much as we give credit to the boys despite the myriad of challenges we faced thy have put in commendable performances and it shows with the right investment we can be up there challenging the top provincial sides in South Africa“ said Mutai
The players two month allowances will be sorted by next week according to the chairman.
