The 2022 Sports Personality of the Year Award (SOYA) Awards will be held in Kakamega County according to the founder Paul Tergat.
During the visit to Kakamega county Tergat said that was satisfied with the good infrastructures in Kakamega County that provide a conducive environment to sportsmen.
