Former Kenya Volleyball Federation (KVF) women champions Kenya Pipeline defeated Rwanda Patriots Army in straight sets to lead the ongoing Confederation of Africa Volleyball (CAVB) zone five Club Championships at the Kigali Arena in Kigali, Rwanda.
Today, they won in straight sets of 25-20, 25-17 and 25-15 to top the championships played in round robin ahead of tomorrow’s final encounter.
The Paul Gitau side remained unbeaten in the tournament after beating National Police of Rwanda in their third match at 25-16, 23-25, 25-14 and 25-23). yesterday, Kampala City Council Authority (KCCA) 3-1 in the opening fixtures, followed by another 3-0 win against Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA).
