FC Talanta, Kibera Black Stars, Vihiga Bullets and Mully Children Family (MCF) were the winners in today’s National Super League (NSL) matches played across the country.
Experienced Talanta registered a 3-0 win against their visitors Mount Kenya United (MKU) at Camp Toyoyo grounds. The win was good for Talanta who remained in the second position.
Francis Kairo, Ken Mutembei and Barrack Odhiambo scored for the winners.
At the same venue, Vihiga Bullets edged out their hosts Nairobi Stima 2-0 with goals from Kevin Sagida and Kevin Mwavali.
Kibera Black Stars registered another win against Modern Rangers 2-0 at Ligi Ndogo grounds with goals from Donald Omwanda and Kevin Mwangi scored for the Kibera.
In the battle for debutants, Soy United faield to dominate at home after losing to MCF with a 0-1 win at the Bukhungu stadium with a goal scored by Kelvin Ochieng.
Leaders Kenya Police played out to a 2-all draw against their hosts Coast Stima at the Mbaraki.
Clinton Ochieng put Coast ahead in the 31st minute but Clinton Kinanga cancelled out in the 38th minute but Khalid Khamis scored to give Stima a 2-1 lead but the Samuel Odongo’s 90th minute was good for Police to collect a point.
