National Olympic Committee of Kenya (NOC-K) president Paul Tergat has been appointed as a board member of the Olympic Refugee Foundation.
The former world cross country champion will serve in the board for a period of four years.
It was the boost for Kenya since the country hosts the Refugee Olympic Team is currently training in Ngong, Kenya under Chef de Mission Tegla Loroupe.
The strategic four-year plan of the Olympic Refuge Foundation will allow them to continue and expand its activities to effect change in three areas
