Tiongit and Kwamboka are Neapolis half marathon champions

Kenyans Paul Tiongik and Teresia Omosa Kwamboka won the Neapolis half marathon titles in men and women respectively held in Italy on October 1st.

In men, Tiongik set the course record at 65:55 followed by Italian Lhoussaine Oukhrid (66:25) as Kenyans Patrick Mutunga Mwikya (66:33) was third and Simon Kibet coming 4th in 68:40.

In women, Kwamboka led the race winning at 74:30 followed by compatriot Nancy Kerubo (78:50) and Francesca Palomba from Italy coming third.
