Three goals from Francis Oduor, Engine Ikutwa and Ian Simiyu handed Tusker the FKF Super Cup title with a 3-1 victory over Kenya Premier League champions Gor Mahia.
Oduor scored first in the 34th minute but Ikutwa levelled in the 38th minute before Tusker’s Simiyu scored in the 44th minute for a 2-1 lead for the winners.
On resumption, Simiyu was on target again in the 62nd minute to seal a 3-1 win.
Both Gor Mahia coach Charles Akonnor and Tusker’s coach Jullien Mette are optimistic of winning the KPL at the end of 2026/2027 season.
