Unmatched Karanga win Kenya Amateur Strokeplay title in Karen

Michael KarangA edged out his main rival Taimur Malik to win the Kenya Amateur Strokeplay Championships title, the Kenya Amateur Golf Championships  (KAGC) series at the par 72 Karen golf club today.

The victory earned Kiambu golfer a ticket for the 2024 Magical Kenya Open (MKO) Golf Championships when he fired eleven under par 277  to beat Malik with to second with -5 283 before former champion Adel Balala who finished 4th with level par 288 with Ugandan Mehta Golf clubs Godfrey Nsubuga in between with -1 287.
