Kenya hit a hat-trick against their Ugandan counterparts as Victoria Cup golf tournament came to a close today at 72 Vet Lab Sports Club.
Led by host golfer Edwin Mudanyi collected 19.5 points against their counterparts’ 6.5 to win three titles in a row that started in 2016.
The trophy was donated by former marathoner Moses Tanui, who served as Eldoret golf club captain in 2017/2018 season.
With the three-day coming to an end today, Kenya won in the first edition held at Muthaiga golf club before defending during the Entebbe in 2017 and today they managed to win a hat-trick.
Kenya has won the Victoria Cup trophy, which was donated by legendary Marathoner Moses Tanui, since the inaugural edition at the Muthaiga Golf Club in 2016.
