Champions Vihiga Queens and leaders Gaspo Women recorded victories in today’s Kenya Women premier League played across the country.
Vihiga picked away 2-0 against Ulinzi Starlets at the Ulinzi Sports when Anita Namata and Janet Moraa scored a goal each for the victory.
At the Thika stadium in Kiambu county, leaders Gaspo lacked respect for their hosts and former champions Thika Queens with their 4-2 victory to maintain their top position.
A brace from Elizabeth Wambui, Diana Wacera and Lydia Akoth scored for Gaspo while Stella Odiambo and Pauline Musungu scored for the hosts
