Vihiga High and St Joseph’s Kitale are were crowned the champions of the Federation of East Africa Secondary Schools Sports Association rugby 7s titles.
In 15s category, All Saints Embu were crowned the champions I boys.
Vihiga, who lost to Koyonzo last year won the boys’ title following their 26-0 beating of rivals Bwake at the finals for the title.
In the semifinals, Vihiga High, defeated St Mary’s Yala with a 19-5 for the Abubakar Abdalla’s victory.
In girls, St Joseph Girls Kitale were 8-7 winners over Kinale
In the 15s category, All Saints Embu captured their first FEASSA 15s title with a 9-3 victory over defending champions St Mary’s Kisubi.
In 15, three successful penalties were enough to secure the win, making All Saints the first Kenyan school to win the FEASSA 15s title post-COVID.
