Wafalme Stars fall to Cameroon as Africans nations championships serves off in Cairo

Wafalme Stars, the national men’s volleyball team lost their opening match to Cameroon in the day 2 of the CAVB Africa Nations Championships in Cairo, Egypt.

The Gideon Tarus coached side lost in a four setter at 25-22, 25-20, 24-26 and 25-17 in a highly rated match.

With the winners ranked, Cameroon won the African silver medalist in 2021, facing the underdog side.
