Hosts Kakamega Homeboyz were 2-0 winners against Western Stima with captain Wanga converting from a the spot in the 60th minute before Maxwell Ravel netted the second to earn maximum points.
But Mathare United were handed all points after bottom of the table Mount Kenya united failed tp turn up at Kasarani today.
This was the second time Mount Kenya failed to show in their match against Mathare United.
In other matches, Posta Rangers played to one all draw against Vihiga United as AFC Leopards played to a barren draw against Sony.
