Rose Chepkemboi Rotich, the wife of the murdered athlete Samson Kandie and other accused persons have denied killing the athlete.
A court sitting in Eldoret today heard that the mother of four alongside Jamlick Kiptoon Morogit and Vincent Ng’sosei Kiprono pleaded not guilty to the gruesome murder of Kandie.
The prosecution led by David Fedha alleged that Chepkemboi is the prime suspect in the murder who worked with Morogit and Kiprono to commit the crime in Elgon, Eldoret on the night of October 3 at the late’s compound.
The court set December 2 as the date for a ruling on the bond application
