Ugandan import Villa Oromchan handed Western Stima their Kenya Premier League maiden win as Gor Mahia recordd their second successive wins.
A solitary goal from Oromchan in the 28th minute sealed their victory against their hosts Posta Rangers in the first match at Machakos stadium.
It was a double win for Gor Mahia who beat Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB)2-1 at the same venue.
In other matches, 2009 champions Sofapaka registered big win of the weekend with a 4-0 win against Chemelil Sugar while Kakamega Homeboyz beat former Shield Cup champions Kariobangi Sharks 3-0.
Following the win, Kakamega Homeboyz topped the table with 7 points ahead of Bandari, who beat Sony Sugar 0-1 on goal difference after playing seven matches.
With two matches played, Gor has collected six points in third position.
