Kenya Premier League champions Gor Mahia will be hoping to rewrite a 12-year history when they host Rwanda champions APR in the return leg of the CAF Champions league preliminary round at Nyayo National stadium.
Twelve years ago, the Kenyan team beat APR 5-0 in the Caf Confederation Cup preliminary and rewriting the memories are still fresh.
This reverse fixture kicks off at 4pm with Gor Mahia aiming for a win after losing 2-1 to APR in Kigali last week.
The 18-time Rwandan champions had a feel of the match venue on Friday during their last training session before the game.
