Olympic javelin silver medalist Julius Yego bowed out of the ongoing Olympic Games in Tokyo, Japan.
The former world javelin champion failed to make to the final of the javelin today morning when he through 77.34m in his third throw that could not guarantee him of a place in the final.
Just like in Rio de Janeiro five years ago where he made one throw for silver, it was the same at the Olympics stadium with the third throw after failing to register a legal throw in his first two attempts.
Julian Weber wfrom Germany qualified with 84.41m in his first attempt, with Pakistan’s Arshad Nadeem throwing 85.16m to also make the final in his second attempt.
