Zetech Oaks and Daystar University have qualified to play into the KRU Championships, the second tier Kenya Rugby League in the country.
Today, Oaks ended the unbeaten run for Kitale RFC 11-10 during the semifinal match played at the Equip College in Kitale to earn the promotion.
The students, who are the Central Nationwide Champions ended Kitale’s fine and following the win.
In Athi River, Falcons were 22-0 winners over Coastal Champions Mombasa RFC to earn the promotion.
Daystar will join 10 other teams in the second tier while Mombasa RFC will stay in the third tier for another season
