Amunyolete, Obungu scores as Harambee Starlets whip India at FIFA Women Series

Martha Amunyolete and Tereza Obungu scored a goal each when kenya’s Harambee Starlets defeated India in their second match of the Women FIFA Series match played at the Nyayo National stadium.

With the victory, the Beldine Odemba coached side will now face Australia, who beat Malawi 5-0 in the opening match at the same venue at the final come Wednesday April 15^th to determine the winner.

Amunyolete scored first with just two minutes into the kick off whistle to give home fans a reason to cheer with a 1-0 lead then Obungu added the second in the 57^th minute to a seal a 2-0 victory for the homeside.
