High court sitting in Nairobi yesterday stopped the planned Cricket kenya elections during their Annual General Meeting.
This comes after an applicant Kalpesh Solanki filed a suit against the elections with the ruling set of next month.
The case is set for mention and Hearing Panel during which the panel is expected to deliver its decision and issue further directions regarding the application.
Solanki moved to court and sued the board members of Cricket Kenya challenging his suspension as Treasurer.
