Golf Park’s player Josphat Rono recorded his maiden victory of the Trans Nzoia Open, the Kenya Amateur Golf Championships (KAGC) series at the par 73 Kitale Golf club.
Rono, the 2024 Golf Park Open champion fired a total of one over par 220 to claim the title ahead of round one leader Isaac Makokha from Kenya Railways Club with a two strokes at 222 and Nakuru’s John kamais completing the top three with +6 225.
