Kenyan international striker Cynthia Shitwatso has joined Tanzanian giants Simba Queens after leaving Turkish side Besiktas Women.
The Harambee Starlets player was unveiled today by team manager Selman Makanya and posted on their official X handle.
The former Vihiga Queens player is set to a build up with the team ahead of league kick off. Simba signs Shilwatso after releasing Kenyans Jentrix Shikangwa, Wincate Kaari and Caroline Rufaa among others by retaining Fasila Ahdiambo.
She returns into Tanzanian leagu after playing for Fountain Gate Princes before heading to Besiktas, will be linking up with compatriots Corazone Aquino, Ruth Ingotsi and Elizabeth Wambui at Simba.
She also played for Krivybas of Ukraine,competing in the UEFA Women’s Champions League. And playing for EDF Logrono in Spain.
