Former Kenya Premier League side Migori Youth has opened a two point lead on the National Super League (NSL) following their victory against Mully Children’s Family.
In an encounter at the Awendo Green Stadium, Migori came from a 1-0 down to win 2-1 as the seek promotion back into the KPL.
The victory handed them maximum points to lead Mombasa United by two points against promotion chasers Mombasa United who played to a barren draw against third placed 3K at the Mombasa Sports ground.
According to Football Kenya Federation, top two teams will earn an automatic promotion while third placed will play in the play off.
