Paris Saint Germany successfully retained their UEFA Champions League trophy after dominating Arsenal during a final match played at the Puskas Arena in Budapest, Hungary.
Following 1-1 draw in both the normal and extra time, a 120 minute match, PSG were 4-3 winners through penalties to deny Arasenal their maiden UEFA trophy for the second time after losing the title to Barcelona way back in 2006.
The champions came from a 1-0 down to win in penalties. Kai Havertz handed Arsenal the lead in the second half beating goalkeeper Matvey Sofonov as they went into water break 1-0 up.
On return, PSG pressed Arsenal Cristhian Mosquera brought down Khvicha Kravatskhelia in the box in the 62nd minute with Ousmane Dembele converting for a 1-1 draw, forcing the match into shootouts where PSG won 4-3.
