Eldoret Falcons continued with their superlative performance in the Kenya Women Premier League (KWPL) on Sunday.
After thrashing winless Baringo Starlets 15-0, The Eldoret based team overcame Kayole Starlets 4-2 in an entertaining match played at Barclays Club ground, Nairobi.
Lethal strikers Janet Bundi and Ascar Metto netted twice for the visitors to claim maximum points.
The cash trapped team, which depends on well wishers to support their trips, has moved to the summit of the KWPL with 17 points after playing eight matches. Second placed Thika Queens are minus two points from five matches played, tying on points with Oserian Ladies with 6 matches played.
Newly signed Bundi opened the score on 18th minute before Audrey Kasei leveled the score from a penalty.
Bundi was on target again to restore the lead as Metto added the her name on the score sheet for a 3-1 lead but Kasei again netted her second for 3-2 lead. Metto was on target to seal victory as visitors collected all points and travelled to Eldoret smiling.
