Arsenal midfielder Alex Iwobi struck late with his first Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) goal to sent Nigeria into the quarterfinal.
It was a good day in office for Odion Ighalo who netted a brace before setting up for Iwobi to slot in the winner as Nigeria eliminated defending champions Cameroon in a 3-2 victory in Alexandria today.
Ighalo opened the score for the Super Eagles in the 19th minute by Clarence Seedorf side responded fast with Stephane Bahoken and Clinton Njie scoring a goal each for a 1-2 lead at break.
On resumption, Nigeria leveled through Ighalo for his second set Iwobi to firev in the winner for coach Gernot Rohr side.
