Seoul Marathon champion Amos Kipruto won bronze in marathon for Kenya at the IAAF World Athletics Championships in Doha, Qatar
Kipruto, who finished second at the Berlin marathon in 2018, finishing second behind Eliud Kipchoge when he broke the world marathon record, Kipruto finished third behind winner Lesisa Desisa and Mosinet Geremew all from Ethiopia for gold and silver respectively.
After finishing third at the 2018 Tokyo marathon Kipruto timed 2:10.51 behind Desisa (2:10.40) and geremew 2:10.44.
But Desisa moved from silver he won in Moscow in 2013 for gold
