It was all threes round two of today’s Kenya Women Premier league with champions Kenya Police Bullets maintained their top position after beating Zetech Sparks.
Champions recorded a Kenya Police Bullets 3-0 win over Zetech Sparks as former champions Vihiga Queens beat Kibera Soccer Women 3-1 before Kayole Starlets were 3-2 winners against Gideon Starlets with Trinity Starlets beating Bungoma Queens 3-1.
The champions won 3-0 against their visitors with goal from Vidah Okeyo in the 27th minute for 1-0 lead then Margaret Kunihira doubled the score in the 40th minute before Diana Wacera sealed the 3-0 victory in the 71st minute for the David Vijago coached side.
With the victory, the champions are on top of the table with six points, after two consecutive wins.
In other results, former champions Vihiga Queens thrashed Kibera Soccer Women 3-1 in a match played at the Kisumu stadium.
