The Kenyan Chespol cruised to gold at Ratina stadium, making it four gold for the East Africa Country to top medal standing in the fourth day of the championships.

He beat Ugandan Peruth Chemutai and Kenyan born turned Bahraini Winfred Yavi to second and third in the water and barriers in 9:18.87 and 9:23.47 respectively as Mercy Chepkirui came fourth in 9:43.65.
World under 18 3,000m silver medalist Edward Zakayo and world under 18 3,000m bronze medalist will be in action on Saturday in 5,000m in repeat what of 2017 championships in Kasarani battling out with World Under-18 champion Selemon Barega.
Barega will be eyeing to defend his title he won in 2016 games in Bydgoszcz, Poland.
World under 18 10,000m, walk bronze medalist Samson Ndigiti will be the sole representative for Kenya.
