Nairobi City Thunder, the national men’s basketball champions will be facing off with teams from Tanzania, Ethiopia, Comoros, Burundi, Madagascar and Seychelles at the Basketball Africa League Qualifiers that will be staged in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
With all matches played in round robin, Thunder will be making their debut in the championships set to start from October 15th to 20th and two from the lower division, including Thunder will qualify into the next round as winners in the four groups will qualify for the 2025 BAL Championship
The Kenyan side has been placed in pool A and will be taking on Tanzania’s J.K.T, Hawassa City (Ethiopia), Urunani, Seychellois club BEAU Vallon Heat, Ushindzi of Comoros and G.N.B.C (Madagascar).
