Chepchirchir banned as Kibarus, Kibet suspended for doping

Tokyo marathon champion Sarah Chepchirchir has been banned for four years for violation of anti-doping rules.

The Athletics Integrity Unit (AIU) has banned Chepchirchir for four years pending an appeal.

Elsewhere, Mercy Kibarus and James Kibet have been provisionally suspended pending investigations.
