Chipu, the national under 20 rugby team will face hosts Namibia in the finalmatch of Barthes Cup on Saturday in Windhoek, Namibia.
The Paul Odera led charges thrashed Madagascar 51-13 in the semi final match to match into the final match played on Wednesday evening at the Hage Geingolo Stadium.
Chipu’s opponents Namibia edged out Zimbabwe 27-17 at the same venue as the two teams vie for a slot in the final round of qualification for the World Junior trophy slated for later this year, with the winner of this Southern Region taking on the Northern Region winners in a play-off for Africa’s sole berth.
