Kenya’s Rosaline David won the women’s 5,000m title at the ongoing World Athletics Masters championships in Gothenburg, Sweden.
Competing in the age between 45 and 49 years, David won the title ahead of compatriot Joan Chepchirchir Kigen finished second to grab Kenya’s third silver medal in the completion that began on Tuesday this week.
Kenya has now amassed five medals, which includes two gold medals and three silver medals.
