Kenya has named the Deaflympics team that will prepare for the Summer Deaflympic Games set for Caxias do Sul in Brazil.
The Deaf Football Federation of Kenya (DFFK) named 35 women squad that will represent the country at the event after it was postponed last year due to the biting coronavirus in Brazil that will kick off from May 1st to 15th.
The Kenyan team booked the slot following the Africa Deaflympics Qualifiers held in Nairobi last year where their opponents Ghana and Zambia failed to show up at the qualifiers.
They will now join other teams like men and women basketball
