Dominic Coulson the star as Chipu edge hosts Brazil

Dominic Coulson was the star as Chipu, the national under 20 rugby team registered their first win in the ongoing Junior Rugby World Trophy in Brazil on Saturday.

Coulson contributed 16 points for the Paul Odera led side edged Brazil 26-24 where they came from 10-0 behind to beat the hosts to boost their chances of moving into the second round as they prepare to face victory Japan on Wednesday.

Raphael Dos Santos scored the opener for the hosts before Leonardo De Souza went past the white wash to give Brazil a 10-0 lead but Brian Amaitsa touched down for Chipu with Couslon shooting past the posts for a 7 point in a 10-7.

Coulson converted from two successful penalties for a 13-10 lead at break.

Geoffrey Okwatch made the second try for kenya with Coulson converting for a 10-20 lead as Coulson slotted in another penalty for a 10-23 lead.

But Perrreira Proenca and Henrique Ferreira scored a try as Lucas Spago adding the extras 24-23 lead but Coulson stole the show in the last minute penalty to give Kenya victory.
