Daniel Simiu Ebenyo led Kenyans to sweep the Berlin Half marathon held on Sunday in Berlin, Germany.
Ebenyo won the men’s race in 59:30 ahead of compatriots Amos Kurgat (59:42), Isaiah Kipkoech Lasoi (59:47), Bernard Biwott (60:21) and Bravin Kiprop (60:29) for all top five positions for Kenyans.
In women, Ethiopians Tekle Mulluat and Ftaw Zeray took the first two positions after clocking 66:53 and 67:22 respectively with Germany Melat kejeta (67:26) completing the podium with kenyan Winnie Kimutai (68:41) for 4th position.
